A few weeks back, our Head of Community Saana Annala held Dare to Learn's very first Well-Being Session so that our teams had a chance to talk about their feelings and get some peer support. We also came up with five concrete tips on how to survive in this exceptional situation and now we want to share them with you!

TEXT ALEKSANDRA GZYLO
Dare to Learn would be nothing without its amazing volunteers. Even right now, as everyone is challenged in the current situation, our project team is innovating to make the festival happen. This is a stellar set of three teams each working together so that we all can be amazed in September. Now you have the chance to meet the teams! This is Aleksandra Gzylo sharing a bit how the life looks like in the Program & Production team.
Co-creation and interaction are the heart of Dare to Learn. With 60% of the program being participatory, it is only fitting to spread that mindset. On the other hand, art and learning are also strongly linked. Not least because consuming art evidently helps us to maintain continuous learning skills and makes us generally happier. The renowned Call for Proposals and artist-focused Open for Art are now open for two more weeks!

TEXT HENNA PURSIAINEN
It has been 365 days of running an international learning platform, one that you probably recognize from its flagship event Dare to Learn. I can’t possibly sum up all the things that I’ve learned during my one-year rollercoaster ride - or how much the experience has already molded me. Not only as a leader but as a learning professional and just as a human being. There are, however, a few things I’d like to point out.
