Moving down the ladder of themes, we turn our focus on organizations and their role in continuous learning beyond degrees.


​Make it everybody’s job. While learning is often viewed as a personal experience, there is a strong correlation in how much learning takes place in individual organizations. This makes it a collective phenomenon.

Continuous learning happens in the daily workflow. It is a force that is either fueled or hindered by organizational structures. Traditionally this has meant trainings and onboardings but a wider culture of learning is what makes learning continuous.​
